Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At Aasoni India IT, we strive to provide genuine digital software products and an excellent customer experience. Please read our Refunds and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔄 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before the license key has been delivered via email or any other method.
Once the product key is delivered, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation before delivery, please contact us at info@aasoniindia.com with your order details.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are eligible within 7 days of the purchase date, only if the license key has not been activated or used.
Once a product key is delivered and/or activated, it is considered consumed and non-refundable due to the nature of digital licensing.
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer within 7 working days of approval.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Due to the irreversible nature of digital license activation, the following items are non-refundable:

Any product that has already been delivered and activated.
Products that are sold under promotional or discounted pricing.

Your full name and order ID
Product name
Reason for refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
